Reversed 10 years of enrollment decline becoming the fastest growing institution in the Florida College System, with innovative marketing, including a new interactive website, and expanded programs reaching out to the high school students.
Landesberg-Boyle Achieved $2.8 Million congressional appropriation and initiated first Sponsored Projects division for managing national grants and funding; $5 Million state appropriation for the first campus building in 17 years; Foundation’s largest gift to date ($1 million)
Increased faculty salaries an average of 17% in year one, moving recompense from among the lowest in the state system to the top half during severe state budget declines
Updated technology, upgraded administrative systems and tripled distance learning
Initiating a Federal Legislative Agenda - Department of Defense research funding through congressional appropriations
Instituted energy saving measures saving the college $100K a year
Partnering with other instituations to add a 4 year degree program.
